Pissed Off!!!!!

Hari ni aku memang Pissed Off dgn aku punya staff. I am here trying to help them and yet some of them tak tahu nak appriciate that.

You know what, we have project due date to meet. and kita tahu kita ada issue yg memang tak boleh untuk meet the due date. And we are very lucky that the customer is willing to extend the due date. But we really need to put effort to achieve this.

I am here worried about that but bila kita ckp dekat dorang, macam nothing bother them. Aku dok pening kepala dok fikir dorang boleh lagi pegi site lewat, 8:30 org masuk 9:30 tak sampai lagi. Dah buat appt nak jumpa to discuss tak sms ckp can't make it till aku sms.

Ada request dari customer direct tak update...pukul 10 baru nak update...

Aku tahu dorang banyak kerja, tapi kalau macam ni cara dorang bekerja, mcm mana nak manage project yg banyak nanti. I'm trying to be good and to understand their situation but allow me to help by giving the full corporation.

Now lantaklah dorang, how they want to manage it, don't come and tell me that the new dateline still tak boleh meet. Well you guys go and figure it out.

Kalau aku boleh dok wat kerja kat office sampai 7-8 malam almost everyday, and datang office before 9am....so the question is ....why can't they....


I am really not in a good mood....I am PISSED OFF!!!!!!!
